Standard shipping for small home accessories takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
What is OGGI's return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Does OGGI offer international shipping?
Currently, OGGI ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
