At OGGI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a piece isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
